About company

LLC "Maven" was founded in 2015 with the aim of recruiting personnel for enterprises in Poland. The results of the company's work allowed it to become a full member of the Polish-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce. This event served as a starting point for the development of the company's activities.

The specialists of our company (business partners) were directly involved in the implementation of a number of projects, namely:

- execution of construction works on facade insulation (Warsaw, Katowice, Krakow, etc.);

- preparation for launch, launch of newly built facilities, as well as bringing rolling mills to design capacity. (UAE, Kyrgyzstan);

- carrying out a number of works on the automation of both technological processes in production and ensuring the safety of the population in the social sphere;

- conducting a survey of the customer's equipment, identifying the problem during the operation period and the reasons for the premature failure of mechanisms, identifying substandard components and developing their alternative analogues, introducing modernization elements;

- ensured the supply of authentic spare parts and materials from our developments (The products that Maven offers at the final stage of work are not spare parts from a standardized nomenclature from the warehouse, but parts and assemblies with their dimensions, properties and purpose, individually designed to eliminate that or some other problem with our customer's equipment).

In accordance with the EU's environmental policy, we, together with our Ukrainian partners, have developed equipment inspection models, personnel training to prevent lubricant leaks and exposure to aggressive environments (metallurgical, mining, port equipment), increase the durability of rotating parts ( metallurgical, mining, port equipment, energy, food industry).

Currently, our company is engaged in the popularization of Ukrainian business in Poland and the European Union as a whole. Thanks to cooperation with us, you can find partners both in Europe and in Ukraine.

Based on the diagnostics of the operation of engineering systems using a unique inspection system, we formulate specific solutions, the implementation of which allows reducing the energy consumption of the enterprise by 10% - 30%. The audit takes place in the shortest possible time, which excludes the formation of mountains of bureaucratic documentation.
