Product description
It is a free-flowing, colorless liquid without solvents based on monomeric alkyl-alkoxysilane. This product has been specially developed to provide water repellent properties to mineral based building materials. It is ready for use.
Consumption
The consumption of the material depends substantially on the absorption properties of the surface. In practice, this is determined by trial coverage. In concrete, the consumption is at least 150 g/m2
Product characteristics
- This is a solvent-free product
- Low-volatile
- Water vapour permeable, colourless
- Does not form a film
- Heals cracks up to 0.3 mm, significantly reducing the absorption of water and harmful water-soluble salts, e.g., chlorides
- Excellent vapour permeability
- Highly resistant to alkalis
- Arrests reactions between alkalis and silicas in concrete
