Our expert group offers a versatile experience in reducing costs and improving production safety, based on the adaptive use of modern materials and current technical solutions in industrial hydraulics and pneumatics.

Main direction of work:
"Modernization of hydraulic and pneumatic equipment in order to improve its functioning, increase the resource, reduce accidents, reduce the risks of unplanned losses and increase the environmental performance of production."

Universal offers:
• conducting training seminars for personnel of repair services on the topic: "Applied hydraulics and pneumatics, modern materials and advanced technical solutions for sealing systems, modernization of outdated equipment";
• conducting an extended survey and independent audit of sealing units for hydraulic / pneumatic cylinders, distributors, valves, jacks, gearboxes, mechanisms with fluid friction bearings, plunger pumps and other equipment for their reliability and durability;
• development and supply of modernized sealing systems for hydraulic and pneumatic equipment with the transition to modern materials and seal designs to increase the resource of mechanisms and increase their reliability in harsh operating conditions;
• development and supply of detachable protective covers for hydraulic / pneumatic cylinders, lead screws and linear guides of equipment that operates in conditions with increased dustiness, with the ingress of scale, slag, abrasive materials, splashes of molten metal, technical liquids, etc. to increase their service life and prevent emergency jamming;
• development and supply of protective covers for high-pressure hoses, pipelines and electric cables with characteristics "anti-abrasion", "heat-resistant", "with antistatic effect", etc. to prevent their rubbing, to protect against excessive heat background and to exclude static sparking in explosive environments;
• development and delivery of modernized expansion joints (flexible inserts) in gas ducts (air ducts) of aspiration and ventilation systems to increase the resource and increase operational safety.

Development of a modernized protective system of guides and ball screws of the CNC machining center

Dear friends and colleagues! I would like to bring to your attention our development - a protective system of the carriage guides and the ball screw of the VIPER VT50A-4000 CNC turning-screw-cutting machining center, which was manufactured and supplied to one of the factories for the production of graphite electrodes in June 2018.

Energy efficient solutions

In November 2020, Maven specialists joined the design and implementation of energy efficient solutions in systems: - Conditioning; - Ventilation; - Cold supply; - Heating and hot water supply. Based on the diagnostics of the operation of engineering systems using a unique inspection system, we formulate specific solutions, the implementation of which allows reducing the energy consumption of the enterprise by 10% - 30%. The audit takes place in the shortest possible time, which excludes the formation of mountains of bureaucratic documentation.
